Perfectextile is a fabric manufacturer based in China, specializing in polyester microfiber bedding fabric production for global B2B customers. With over 20 years of experience in integrated fabric manufacturing and international supply, we cover weaving, dyeing, printing, finishing, and export across the full production chain.
We are not a retail bedding brand. We are a fabric-focused manufacturing partner for bedding factories, importers, wholesalers, distributors and home textile companies.
Our Brand Story
Perfectextile's story began in 2004, when our family started textile manufacturing with the first yarn texturing machine.
From the beginning, we built our business step by step from the production source. What started with DTY yarn gradually expanded into weaving, brushing, dyeing, printing, finishing, inspection, and international fabric export.
This journey shaped the way we serve customers today. We understand polyester microfiber bedding fabric not only as a product, but as a complete manufacturing system from yarn to finished fabric.
In 2025, Perfectextile completed a major manufacturing upgrade with an integrated production base of 66,780 square meters, marking a new stage in our supply chain and intelligent manufacturing layout.
Today, we supply microfiber bedding fabric to B2B customers across six continents — with the same focus on production quality and delivery consistency that shaped the company from the start.

Started the textile business with the first yarn texturing machine, focusing on DTY yarn production.
Expansion of Yarn Texturing Capacity
Expanded from one texturing machine to six, strengthening our upstream yarn supply capability.
From Yarn to Weaving
Added 300 water-jet looms and began weaving greige fabric, entering fabric manufacturing.
Entering International Fabric Export
Established our first import/export company, exporting dyed and printed fabrics to B2B customers.

In recent years, Perfectextile has significantly expanded and upgraded its production capacity — increasing weaving and dyeing throughput, upgrading finishing equipment, and integrating previously separate production stages into a unified 66,780 m² base. The result is tighter cost control, more stable quality across bulk batches, and greater flexibility in handling larger or more complex orders.
